Our mission is to help people speak real Greek confidently for travel, daily life, and living in Greece through engaging content, high-quality courses, and community.

We are building a long-term global brand and are looking for someone ambitious who wants to grow with the company and learn directly from a founder scaling a digital education business.

🎯 Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Content & Operations Assistant to support daily operations, content production, customer support, digital product creation, automations, and advertising support. You will work closely with Dimitris across many areas of the business and gain hands-on experience in content creation, personal branding, digital marketing, automation systems, and monetization.

This role is ideal for someone proactive, organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • 🎥 Video editing and content organization
  • 🔍 Content research and idea generation
  • 💬 Customer support across email, Instagram, and Facebook
  • 📘 Resource creation projects (eBooks, PDFs, study materials)
  • 🤖 Automations support (ManyChat flows, tagging, broadcasts)
  • 📈 Meta Ads support (creative preparation, asset organization, basic reporting)
  • 🧠 Daily use of AI tools to improve productivity, research, writing, and workflows

✅ Requirements

  • Fluent in Greek and English (required spoken and written)
  • University undergraduate degree (any field)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable learning new software and digital tools
  • Experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Ambitious, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset
  • Prior work experience not required
